In May of 1971, Anders was born into a Christian & BMA family in Delhi, LA. His parents Lavell & Myria Lee have served in the BMA since 1963. Bro. Lavell planted two churches in Louisiana and New Mexico. Bro. Lavell also pastored Lee's Chapel in Picayune, for 28 years. It was there that Anders was saved, surrendered to preach, and was ordained into the Gospel ministry. Anders is married to the beautiful Carla Cline. Carla is the daughter of R.D. & Hilda Cline. They have four children, Zachary, Reagan (m. to Makenna), Siera, and Simon. They have two grandsons Zeke and Luka.

He graduated from Hancock North Central High School in Kiln, MS. He graduated with two degrees from Southeastern Baptist College in Laurel, MS and also attended Mid-America Seminary, in Memphis, TN. Over the last 33 years he has been a Youth Pastor and Pastor in the BMA. He has served at Shiloh Baptist Church in Necaise, MS, Calvary Baptist Church in Horn Lake, MS. First Baptist Jacksonville, TX. He became a church planter for the BMA and he and a team of coworkers planted and organized Central in Southaven, MS where he is currently the Senior Pastor.

Lee loves spending time with his wife & family. His passion is preaching the Word of God. His personal hero's are his father and Dr. Gerald Kellar. Anders drives a Desoto County school bus for the transportation department. He is also an avid LSU Tiger fan.

Brandy Riley

Financial Secretary

Brandy Riley, the BMA Youth Department bookkeeper, is a member of Lebanon Baptist Church where she serves alongside her husband, Pastor Ken Riley. Brandy and Ken have two grown children, Brianna Sumrall, who currently works at the BMA Missions Office, and Kris Riley. Brandy has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Southern MS. She is currently employed with Channel Control Merchants, LLC as the Assistant Corporate Controller. Brandy worked for the BMA Missions Office as the Office Manager and Revolving Loan Fund Accountant from 2012-2015. Brandy has worked for the Youth Fund Department for close to 10 years. She is excited about the recent changes to the department and feels fortunate to play a small part in the effort to reach and minister to the youth in Mississippi.
